When my previous owners had to move and could not take me with, they released me to the shelter because they knew all of my needs would be met while I searched for my new forever home.
A big gal, I am very fun-loving and happy. I'm the kind of dog who wants to get to know new people right away and I make my intentions known early on. I get along good with other dogs and don't discriminate on breed or size. For example, I once had a beagle as a best friend. I do well with respectful kids and it gets even better if they agree to play chase or tug-of-war.
Completely house trained, I'll sit by the door when I need to go potty. I sleep in my kennel come bedtime and if you simply command me to "bed" I'll go directly to it...tail wagging and all! Although I absolutely respect my kennel, I am hoping to spend less time in it when I move in with my new family.
