Rescued from danger in the 200 block of 2nd St. N.W., I no longer have to worry about what perils may possibly be around each corner I take. Instead, I know I am now completely safe and out of harms way.
Once here, I was blessed with a warm kennel, lots of soft, comfy bedding and food and water. I've been told from the other rescues here that tomorrow I will be let out to play while the kenneling staff clean my kennel, replace my blankets with new ones, and refill my food dish. Oh the joy!
And not only that; people will come. Come to visit, to pet and to play. Maybe one of those people will be you! A blessed boy, I'm ready to meet my new family today. Won't that family please be yours?
