Released to the shelter after my previous owner became a parent and felt I was not getting the attention I so deserved, I am now in search of a forever home after eight years with my master. He found me as a kitten, you know. I was skinned up and covered in oil. It was assumed that I had fallen from a car, but I was too young to remember. Having gifted me with a life of love and tenderness, I will never forget him but I realize the time has indeed come to move on.
As a healthy feline with a lifespan of 12 to 20 years, I was blessed with plenty of pep in my step from day one! Since my arrival at the shelter, I?ve proved that I can keep up with even the youngest of felines here but must admit that I don?t care to. I have been spoiled rotten for so long that I?ve matured into a cat who has absolutely no interest whatsoever in sharing my favorite someone with anybody or anything. I do not tolerate other cats, dogs, or children.
Instead, I?m looking for a special someone who puts me, and only me, at the center of their universe. I like being as near as possible to that someone, including sharing a bed each night. I?m faithful to my mid-day naps and prefer taking them while sprawled out on the carpet under the warm sunshine. A four-paw de-claw, I have no need or desire to slip outdoors but am instead content inside the confines of my own home with my favorite someone nearby. Won?t you please consider me today?
