Brought to the shelter from the xxxx block of South Delaware, I was sporting only a choke collar. Unfortunately, a collar that lacks a rabies tag or city license; or any type of identifying tags doesn?t serve much purpose.
A high energy guy, a would do best with an active family who enjoys lots of exercise. Having been blessed with a kind and fun-loving temperament, shelter staff have described me as ?one-of-a-kind?.
