Picked up in the morning near Burchinal, I did not realize how cold Iowa winters could be; even if the sun was up! I was elated to hear the sound of rescue. Having now arrived at the shelter, I am getting all kinds of attention. I will soon be gifted with a bath as the shelter staff say I stink! Probably from being out in the country, and running. I can't help it! I was having so much fun and all the space to run was lots of fun! But then when I realized that I no longer knew where I was or how to get home, I became scared. It was then that a nice man opened his door and brought me to the shelter. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the person who called me in for running! I am now at the shelter and waiting for my owners to reclaim me. If they do not do so, then I will be made available for adoption. Won't you please consider me today?
