Yes, it is me! As you can tell I am now back at the shelter and once again looking for a truly forever home. Things have been quite eventful in these last months let me tell you! Please, allow me to elaborate.
I was placed in foster care with a family that had plans to adopt me. I was only supposed to be fostered for 2 weeks and in October they were supposed to come in and pay my adoption fee and go through my paperwork with a member of staff. This didn't go as planned. They took me without ever paying my adoption fee.
Three months later, the shelter got a tip that there was a search warrant being executed in my place of residence. The shelter manager got in contact with the county sheriff's department executing the warrant and explained the situation. She requested that they bring me back to Mason City and that a member of staff would be out to pick me up. A deputy then transported me to the jail and a staff member came to bail me out and bring me back to the shelter! I am now here and looking once again for a final forever home.
